It is just wrong Period,no matter what. Plus I looked at the pictures on his site and at his pop up flash: it tells me not a true professional. I may not be the best photographer out there, but at least I know not to use a pop up and to not have faces half in the sun and half out.

I was responding to this post: "April said that she would have expected something like that in a different setting" because I couldn't figure out what different setting it would be appropriate in. But strippers are more used to it than print models, especially when in a clients' lap! I shoot portraits from at least 20 feet away (100+mm on headshots, no less than 50mm on head to toe) so I couldn't understand why he's even near her.

Stripper, porn star, model, wrestler, nudie girl...
Doesn't really matter which of the above anyone is. You should never be groped during a shoot.

April Hunter is/was a wrestler, not a stripper- although it isn't appropriate to grope strippers either...

Oh, she's a stripper and used to guys grabbing her boobs?
He told me he had been "getting messages about an alleged video of a misinterpreted event at a recent shoot" and had seen a few postings from LPC members. I told him it wasn't an alleged video, it was an actual recording of the event that took place. I asked him to explain to me how the event was misinterpreted, but he declined.
He then said he would put them on Flickr since everyone was so curious to see the photos.
April said that she would have expected something like that in a different setting, but there is a certain level of trust you have for someone conducting a photo shoot, and she was completely caught off guard. This is why she didn't check him right then and there.
