- The story of an artist is somtimes simple... the love of art. But in this case it's a bit different. William has seen his people white black etc struggle through a lifetime of pain, seen the rich get richer and the poor be ignored. His love of art has brought a means to an end. William is a voice to those with out a voice the the eyes to see the light and a reflector to bring it back. His deepest thoughts and social concerns are conveyed through his Photographs.
