ABOUT ME:

I am a fine art and commercial photographer who deals with photographic imagery in historic process, digital images and video. I have been an exhibiting artist since 1989 and exhibit my work locally and regionally. I have a MA from U of L, where I combined my love for historic photographic process with digital imaging techniques. I have a strong love for community and working with children, and have continually sought work with various non-profit agencies in teaching the visual arts to youth and adults. I have facilitated programs with at-risk youth through the Shawnee Boys and Girls Clubs on their Image Makers National Competition and with LVAA’s Open Doors and CFAC art classes to name a few. I have been the recipient of numerous grants and awards including awards from The Kentucky Foundation for Women, The Community Foundation of Louisville and The Kentucky Arts Council.
