ABOUT ME:

My name is Kate and I am a commercial art major at JCC. I do alot of work around town covering parties as well as shows for several local bands.

As for as my photo philosophy goes, I harbor an unnatural dislike for photoshop. The only thing that I do in that program is minor adjustments with contrast and saturation and whatnot. I feel that many photographers use the program as a crutch and have gotten lazy. A photograph should be able to be looked at as it is, without spending hours upon hours doctoring it on a computer.
