I've found that pros would rather train someone that knows nothing than take on a second shooter with experience. I would love to work with a female wedding photographer, to get a different perspective on the whole process. No…
I thought I recognized you JJ. Her marketing was great, she's a pit bull with a staff of younger pit bulls finding ways to be more aggressive in photography and world domination.
The bride is the client, going to the rehearsal is a way to find out the minister and church rules. A guest, or competing photog, snaping away has nothing to do with you.
Looking to branch out and learn from other wedding photographers.
It's funny how easy it was to get my first job when I knew nothing about weddings or events. Finding a new (and better) photographer to work for is a real challenge. Boldly asking to second shoot not yet worked.
You need to go pay your uncle a visit and take your camera. I have 3 shots up from Roweheim and will have more soon. Spent about 3hrs in the woods and along the trails at their place and walked away with some awesome shots!
