Last year that house has an Assessed Value of $71,620. With it being vacant for so long and now being so vandalized the value has dropped incredibly I'm sure
Abdul, my day job is to take pictures of repossed houses. I came across one today and my heart sank, it must have been so beautiful back in the day. Looks like a good project for your kids. I would love to fix it up and live in it. It just looks awesome. It's at 2100 Bolling Ave.

ABOUT ME:
The California Collaborative Youth Photography Project is a project aimed at teaching youth that reside in Louisville's California neighborhood about photography. Photographer Abdul Sharif will work on an on-going basis with these middle and high school students to create photographic works about the California neighborhood. The group will research historic images from the photographic archives; document historic buildings and abandoned buildings; life in the neighborhood, as well as changes currently underway to improve the quality of life in the neighborhood. This project is a partnership between the young people of California neighborhood, ArtsReach, the California Collaborative, artist Abdul Sharif, the Community Foundation, Annie E. Casey Foundation and UPS.
