What's the next LPC firefight going to be about?
Wow.....is LPC in decline or is everybody just more interested in Facebooking? I remember a day when there were a lot of frustrations being aired and the flames, oh! The flames were a' fliyin'. Seemed like everybody owned their own designer flame-thrower. But you gotta' admit that LPC WAS NOT a boring online place to hang around in. But all that's not necessary anymore. We've all matured and are so beyond that now. [sounded good but probably not true....I reserve the right to flame anybody :) ]
But seriously.....I had the time of my life on all the get-togethers and meeting a bunch of you guys. From what I can tell, only nice people ever showed up to them. I was never sorry I went out on any of them. My forum vacation is over and it's time to get back into 'meet & greet' mode.
C'mon people. There's a apparently a number of LPC noobs and others that want to get out and meet fellow photogs, and maybe learn something. Warmer weather is on the way, so there is a small window of time we can get out with photo projects and random shoots before our fearless leader Ryan goes into his annual comatose state in preparation for the Derby.
Pinging Christina Gnadinger: How about it?
Pinging Jes: Uh huh...you too!
Pinging Kevin Abbott: You know the deal!
Pinging anybody that's ever went out on an LPC expedition: Let's roll!
If not we can just have a slugfest like at times past. I'll start it:...hee hee.
"Nikons are such crap that 'Pocket Wizard' plans no ittl/ettl version for Nikon as they did for Canon." (doesn't matter if it's accurate or not....I like the sound of it)

lol ..ok, I'll bite ...PW made those for the Canon systems to help out Canon's short comings in the off camera lighting department. PW realizes that Nikon's technology in this area is so grossly far ahead of Canon's that there is no need for a PW-TTL solution of wireless transmitting.

I'm up for a group outing. They have always been fun.
I missed last nights get-together due to work... so arrange something Charles. Summon some more snow and ice like last January and well go trekking again.

Yeah Ryan, I agree...Republicans suck...that's why I vote for anybody that's not either of the two main parties. I'm disillusioned.

I think I see my confusion. Politics I expect arguing.
I've seen everyone be very careful about referring to other people's photography.
I was hoping someone was actually stirring up trouble on that front.

Um.....we did argue politics in one thread.
Gary...did you not see the thread that involved Ono? I wish the guy no ill will and would still like to meet him.....but it sort of exploded here, and I believe it reverberated a bit over at....I can't remember the acronym: LPPGA? PPGLA? What is it? There was also a thread about having a "pro's directory". It's all there somewhere. I'm happy to let what's finished stay finished and don't really care to dig up any more LPC dirt.
