A friend asked if I could pass this on to my "artsy" friends :)

There are some studios for rent - off Zorn Ave, Butchertownish area near Mellwood Art center. I believe there are 8 studios available, 15x15, some larger, rent is $100-150ish a month. These can be working studios or retail.

He also needs one person who will live in apartment (I believe it's above the studios). This person will need to be there to open the place, sell art, and be there most weekends. Free apartment, free studio space in return for getting the gallery off the ground.
