This is a running photo critique thread, here is how it works.

I started the thread, so I will post an image here for someone to critique. The next person to respond must give a critique of the image. After their critique, they should also add a response to this forum post with an image of their own. The next poster critiques and adds an image, so on and so forth...

Here is my image, give me your critique and add an image of your own!

Thanks Missy, I'll also toss in the fact that the photo above is 100% unedited, right out of the camera.

Hey Ryan Love your photo. I just did my 1st senior picture photo shoot this is one of the shots from the shoots any constructive feedback is appreciated.

Best Wishes

Jason

Hey Jason

I  like your shot and how she's posed.  I would really try to keep clutter away from her head.  I think that pose with that post, minus the park bench would make for a stronger shot.   Especially since the bench is right at her eye line.

Michael thanks for the constructive feedback. I will definately keep that in mind next time. Like I said it was my first location photo shoot. I'm still trying to learn the ins and outs of everything.
Best wishes.

Your photo is totally awesome. I'll get there one day. Feel free to check out my other pictures on my profile. And definitely leave feedback that's the only way I can get better.
this is a beautiful photo - composition is great - leading lines awesome - skin tone is gorgeous, the only thing that stands out to me is the shadow on her chest area looks a touchgreen? maybe color cast? not sure but it doesn't fall in line with the rest of the great skin tone
Hey Jason - i agree with the clutter at her eye level in this photo...  if you want to play around with it - try cloning the right side of the grassy area on to the left side... see if you can get to look natural for a stronger composition. also the skin smoothing is a little much it looks a little un-natural at her hair line. :o)
As far as the above photo, I love the idea behind it. My main complaint with it is the road/trail in the background. It distracts from the simplicity of the photo.
