Here are the rules:
Post anything photographic that you want to get rid of!
You must GIVE the item away FOR FREE!
Be sure to list details.
If you want something that has been offered, post in the forum that you want it.
You are then required to list an item BEFORE you can pick the item up from the giver / person that listed it.
That's it!
As items get claimed, they will be deleted from this thread just to keep it easy to read through.
It can be something small like a lens cap or something big like a Nikon D3!
I call dibs on the D3 though...
I don't know. I took the flash units over to him just so I could check out his studio and say "Hi". I gave him the flash units and tried to get his Nikon camera in exchange. He wouldn't go for it. Then I tried to get his strobe units or a couple of soft boxes for the exchange. He wouldn't go for that either. I ended up walking away empty handed. But he's a real cool guy. Heh heh. . . .
Epson r300 photo printer. It even has the cheesy 1.5 inch lcd preview monitor. Sam's has the ink in stock. The printer works. I have a total of 3 so this one has to go.
I think one of Ryan's details of this thread that seems to have fallen through the cracks is essentially "you gotta' pay to play". I missed that detail myself somehow.

I like this idea, so I went to the bag where old stuff goes to die and came out with some glass.
Don't get too excited, it's really old stuff with some consequences of age.
Both Nikon mount. IF it were canon, and this old, it wouldn't fit any current canon. Had to get that in. :)
50mm Series E 1:1.8 manual focus. Yes, f1.8-f22.This lens will mount and meter on a D200 and up. Not sure about 40's 70's 80's or any of those series.
You must use the aperture ring, (remember those?) and the fstop will not read in the viewfinder display. It reads as 1-7 as you move the ring. But it's sharp, and comes with a hoya 52mm skylight.
This originally came on a EM or FG body, mid 80's.
Also,
Vivitar 28mm 1:2.8 Close focus. f2.8-f16 . Works the same as the 50mm, but comes with cheap skylight and C-PL filters, 49mm.
So if your a beginner or hobbyist and have no fast glass, this will whet your appetite.
Prefer these go to two different people.
