Need Photography Volunteers for Good Cause
Hi.
I am heading up the photography part of a Special Needs Prom at Southeast Christian. There will be hundreds of people in attendance. I need photographers to help... we need prom pictures :). If you are willing to help.. let me know. The date is Oct. 8.

hey guys.. it will be in the evening probably start around 6ish.. and go until 10. would love to have you involved.. when i get some deets in concrete.. i will try to get with you all to discuss how you can help.. YAY. so excited you will be a part of this.

4:00 All carpets, decorations volunteer central in place.
4:30Volunteer check in begins
5:00 1st prayer time w/final instructions
6:00 hair & makeup, shoe shine, floral food all open for business.
Music playing in hallways
Photographers & escorts in place
7:00 doors to Auditorium open
Games begin
Roving performers begin-also using cafe stage Prom still photos begin
8:30 salon closes
9:45 closing remarks
10:00 pick up begins
