Lost everything: WTB Canon Gear
Well, my house was broken into yesterday and all my computer and camera gear was stolen except for one wide angle lens. I'm looking to replace it and am not sure if I'm going to buy new or used but just wanted to see what was out there for sale.
I'm looking for a Canon 7D or 5D II to replace my stolen Rebel. I'm leaning toward the 5D. Also I lost my beloved Canon 24-105 L IS and a crappy Tamron 28-300. Looking for something similar.
I also need to replace my laptop but I'll probably end up buying that new.

Geez, Michelle--so sorry that this happened to you! Please tell me you had insurance!
Try the great prices on refurbished equipment on B&H Photo's web site and Adorama, too. Good prices.

Thanks for the info. For some reason I was thinking Adorama had gray market stuff. I don't even know if there is anything wrong with that, but I remember something on Canon's website warning against it. I will check it out.
