obviously you would have to be on call for this. delivery is to be at baptist east-due date is 12-28 but there will likely be an enduction before xmas. client primarily looking for a female photographer, but depending on response would possibly be open to a male.
does not want 'actual' birth photos, just a short amount of before the baby is born & photos right after birth & mom & dad with baby. basically a photojournalistic photo story of the birth. in all reality, time needed is an hour before & after the birth, although you would need to be in the delivery room for the birth. clearly, these things are hard to time-so client is curious to find out what the charge would be & if this is something that is possible to work out. def open to a new photographer who'd like to try this venue of photography.
please message me directly for more information.
thanks & merry xmas & happy shooting!

I have quite a bit of experience shooting newborns both in my portraiture biz as well as with the organization Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep. I'm also a Pediatrics RN. Depending on your induction date, I may be available. I'll send you a message.

And, my son was born at Baptist-East, even though it was many years ago. Also, I've been present for a couple of birthings and I'm not squeamish or intrusive and -- I love newborns! :)
