I am co owner of a photography company that is just starting up and was wondering what some of the established photographers feel on this subject. We have not really done alot of business and I am not sure about whether to do LLC or Inc. I talked to an accountant and he suggested Inc. Because with the LLC you still have to file as a partnership and he said if would affect taxes or something I am meeting with him sat to dicuss it more. What is your suggestions?
