I've been pondering on purchasing a Crumpler bag for quite some time now. I want a bag that is comfortable to carry with me on a daily basis, but not bulky or screaming photography equipment. I don't want to carry my entire arsenal, just my Nikon D80, 18 - 200 lens, SB600 and a few accessories and occasionally my 80 - 400mm lens (but not too often - that sucker is heavy). I'm thinking the 6 Million Dollar Home is the way to go, but it's hard to say without actually, physically seeing it. Does anyone else have this bag? Any other recommendations?

Hi Christy,

I have the 6 million dollar home and have used it once, so it's brand new. I didn't like it because it was a bit small for all my stuff (I have a big Lowepro backpack I use that I love). I'd love to sell it since it's not getting used anyway. Email me at mylifeinfocus [dot] email [at] yahoo.com if you're interested and we'll make a deal! (It's the tan one with a green interior).
Awesome! I'll drop you an email. Thanks :)

I've been considering getting one myself. I found out that Murphy's Cameras sells them, so for anyone else/if the thing with Alice falls through you could always go there to see them physically. I was planning on heading out there myself tomorrow to check them out. Happy hunting and let me know if you are satisfied with it since I likely won't be purchasing for a few more weeks.
Thanks for the tip Cassie. I was in Murphy's on Shelbyville Rd a couple weeks ago and saw a few of them there, but they only had the smaller ones. I haven't tried the other locations. But I'm meeting up with Alice one day next week so I think I'll likely have me a new bag in the very near future. ;) I'll let you know how I like it.

I'm heading to the Bardstown Rd. location...hopefully they have some bigger bags because I was thinking the 6 Million Dollar Home was around the right size for me as well!

Pam - seeing yours at our last meet up is what sealed the deal for me wanting one! I just want a tad larger to hold my 80 - 400 when needed. :D

Christy, I loooove mine - Rob M. recently bought one too. I'd like to think I peer pressured him into buying it - but I think he made that decision on his own. If it doesn't work out with Alice, the Murphy's on Shelbyville Rd. did have some 6MDH last week when I was in. If they don't and another one of their stores has them they'll send it to the store closest to you. (How nice of them!)

I recently bought a Crumpler camera strap from their site - just waiting for it to arrive! :DD
Chuck Rubin has some Crumpler clones......but I forget the name of them and price.
Ooh, I'm heading out to his store tomorrow with a friend, I'll have to check this out!

Walk in straight towards the back of the store. On the right side near the back door will be a rack with a bunch of camera bags and stuff. Walk to the other side of the rack...the Crumpler clones will be about belly-button height or so.
Awesome! Thanks so much!

Pam certainly did not peer pressure me into buying mine, I have been looking at them alot. While it doesn't hold all my gear, I wanted something to carry the accessories as I am mobile. I got the 7mil because my 70-200 lens was too tall for it to fit nicely in the 6mil. Plus it was a little bigger. I think it is a great bag. I got the brown with orange behind the buckles. I like how it carries too.

Anyone have the Brazillion Dollar Home bag? I have been using the 7MDH since it came out but need a larger bag now. Also, anyone using their camera strap?
