From the title I immediately though Pecker... "I hate modern photography!"
Excluding the 'Pecker' mention , and excluding 'nice cinematography/scenery', do any of these movies mentioned actually revolve around photography?
Has anyone seen the Annie Leibowitz movie? Can't remember the name, it's about 2 years old now.
I saw the PBS special, where she photographed the queen of England. And it was very interesting. She asked the queen to take off her crown and hold it under her arm and the queen scoffed, "What do you think this is, dress up?!" Then rolled her eyes at her and proceeded to give her the icy stare and refused to remove said crown. harde-har-har-har.

I seen it and a Diane Arbus documentary about 6 or 8 months ago. Both interesting.
Not the documentary, the movie!

Nope. Didn't even know there was one out about Annie.
It's called Annie Leibovitz. Stars Bette Midler and Kirsten Dunst.
It's on demand on insight.

Memoirs of a Geisha
Oh Brother where art thou, Chicago
has anyone seen "shutter"? it's a scary one!
Down By Law (with Tom Waits, bonus!), or really any film by Jim Jarmusch. The cinematography is exquisite. I would take any still from this or pretty much any of his movies and hang them all over my house. Coffee and Cigarettes (also with Tom, and Iggy too!)
