It's no necessarily about photography, but the cinematography was a feast for the eyes!
Don't laugh.......................... Nanny McFee.
The colors, the set design, the costumes - all magnificent!

oh you are so right. I love the final wedding scene at the end of the movie. The mean ladies wedding dress to the snow!? Awesomeness.

I have to say "Closer". That movie is frickin intense, and yet i kinda relate to it. Im not a fan of Julia Roberts but she did great in this flick. I would say pecker but Ryan already took it.

Here's my buzzkill entry... The Killing Fields. Dith Pran was one amazing person as well as an amazing photographer.

Fur (based on Diane Arbus). Nicole Kidman played Arbus. I'm not a fan of Arbus' photography, but I really enjoyed the movie for some reason.

Also 1 Hour Photo was good.

"War Photographer"....documentary about a Canon film shooter. It's about 10 or 15 years old but really interesting.

"Under Fire" with Nick Nolte ....its sorta old, but cool ...fiction about a photo-journalist in Nicaragua

Also (don't laugh) ....but I thought the cinematography in "A Walk in the Clouds" was awesome.
