Anybody get their LLC or any other legal stuff through Legalzoom.com?
The title pretty much said it all. I'm going to be getting my LLC soon. It might be easier to do everything online than running from here to there to everywhere downtown, not that one still wouldn't have to do that. Thanks.

You're also at the opposite end of the spectrum than I and can afford a lawyer. That's why I'm looking at Legalzoom.

Thanks Erica for your input. I guess it's worth seeing what I can get done online before just handing over money to Legalzoom. I am interested in the protection of the LLC.....until tort reform arrives, suing anybody and everybody seems to be the American way now.

My accountant set it all up for me.
I told her I would continue to use her as my accountant if she took care of all the paperwork.
She did, so she continues to be my accountant.

We consulted a lawyer before setting up an LLC, but we have a lot of farm animals, too.

I used Legalzoom and it was so easy. They do everything for you and it takes a lot of the guess work and hassle out of it.
