so i've been slowly researching and looking into creating what i do as a business .

for those of you who have business, and there are a few of you here thankfully, which do you suggest: LLC or INC?

I"ve heard very good arguments for both and more thoughts on both will only help me (and others) to figure out this whole creating a business thing.

LLC is the way to go to start a small businesses. Once you have over a 100 employees you can change to an Inc.
We have been an LLC for about 2 years now and I am glad we chose the LLC option. For a small business the INC seems like to much paperwork for no additional rewards. Both give you the corporate vail and the S corp gives you the pass through like the LLC but with some more paperwork. If you go with an INC I recommend an S corp as you do not get the double taxation of the C corp.

Again this is based upon my limited research when I established our LLC and my lawyers and accountants advice when I was researching my options.

I also advise you to ask your lawyer and accountant just to be sure what is your best option for your specific situation.
