 wo of our Summer Seminar series.\nBill Fortney is a professional photo
 grapher of 38 years experience. Bill has [been a newspaper and magazin
 e photojournalist, & sports photographer, (He was the official photogr
 apher for the Washington Redskins in their strike shortened Super Bowl
  Championship season). Bill has done medical photography, commercial, 
 annual report work. For the last fifteen years Bill has been one of Am
 erica’s leading nature photographers, founding the Great American Ph
 otography Workshop company.\nA much sought after speaker, Bill was onc
 e called in a newspaper article, “the Will Rogers of Photography”.
  His bestselling books include; The Nature of America, America From 50
 0 Feet, American Vision, and Bill Fortney’s Great Photography Worksh
 op, “Getting Serious About Outdoor Photography.” Bill’s book sal
 es well exceed 100,000 copies, making him one of the top photographer/
 authors in America. America From 500 Feet was one of the largest selli
 ng aviation photography books of all time. Bill’s latest project is 
 America From 500 Feet II, is due out in October of 2008.\nSix years ag
 o Bill joined Nikon as a Nikon Professional Services technical represe
 ntative. He covers the Southern U.S. and is Nikon’s liaison represen
 tative for the natural history market for all of America. In 2003 Bill
  was been named a Fellow by the North American Nature Photographers As
 sociation. Bill lives in Corbin, Kentucky, (when he is not on a Delta 
 jet), with his wife Sherelene. He has three adult children and six gra
