Studio lighting workshop.

I did one of these a couple years ago and had a good turn out and response so I thought I would do another one. This time I also have an entirely new lighting system and will be doing things a bit differently.

The plan is to have a model there to shoot with and I will be posting a few ads for a model soon. I am also going to put up two different backgrounds, one for some black and white shots and the other for color shots. Bring along your camera if you wish (dslr or film is ok here) and a model release for non-commercial shooting.

I have been getting back to using a lot of reflectors when I shoot so this one is going to be a kind of one light, two light, three light, and bank of reflectors type of thing. During this one, I am going to show everyone there how I do the one light one reflector bounce light shots I do sometimes. It's so simple it's scarry....lol

I have set this one for April and will be doing another one some time later in the year too. Oh and April 12 is a Monday.

Looks like this one has one opening left. I am still working on getting a model to pose for us, no takers so far but I still have some time. If anyone has a model in mind contact them and get back to me, I am open to suggestions.

I forgot to add that due to space limitations I can probably only have about 6 to 8 people in attendance. Otherwise we may be tripping over each other.

I'm trying to keep the cost to zero on these. I want these to be about sharing some ideas and practicing some lighting techniques. The hope is to find a model who will pose for a couple hours on a tf basis.
